Warranty and Service Coverage

STEK’s films are built with superior materials and in accordance with stringent quality standards. With adequate maintenance, they will give you years of reliable use. But as with most products, they are subject to wear and tear. For peace of mind, we offer a manufacturer’s warranty on all our products. If you eventually need replacement, technical assistance, or product information, please contact your STEK Distributor and by having ready at hand the product’s model name as well as the date and place of purchase along with proof of purchase.

In the event that the product is found to be defective under this warranty, The Seller shall replace the quantity of film that has been proven to be defective. At The Seller’s discretion, The Seller shall also provide the labor of reapplication free of charge during the warranty period. The manufacturer (STEK) DOES NOT cover this labor.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, misapplication, normal wear and tear, dents from road debris impact, collisions, and/or intentional damage of any kind.

Warranty Coverage

VALID FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

✔️manufacturing defects such as adhesion failure, peeling, bubbling, blistering, and delamination.

✔️ Unusual changes in color due to defects in materials.

✔️Cracking or crazing.

✔️Reduction of solar reflectivity properties (only for Window Film)

FAQ

Warranty coverage begins on the date of installation of the STEK film product, and extends through the period of ownership by the original registered owner of the vehicle. This warranty terminates upon any sale of the vehicle and is not transferable.

No. STEK’s warranties are non-transferrable.

If, after installation, any product failures are found under this warranty, contact the original authorized STEK Automotive installer. If you are an installer, you can go to your STEKSHIELD Dashboard (https://www.stekautomotive.com/dashboard) and click on “Submit Claim.” Fill out all the necessary information and click submit to finalize the process. If you are a car owner and you can’t find your original installer please send an e-mail to info@stekautomotiv.com.
